These are the terms and conditions on which we supply a permit for you to fish. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. Permits are sold as described on our website, and their use is restricted as such.
1. Permits & payment
1.1 Our permits are digitally based and will be emailed to you to be saved digitally.
1.2. The prices stated on the website will be inclusive of any VAT payable.
1.3. We use Stripe as our method of online payment, but other methods, including card or credit car,d are available via the office.
1.4. If our supply of the permits is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.
2. Refunds
2.1. We sell permits as described on our website. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure these meet their personal requirements. We will not refund or exchange permits if a purchaser subsequently decides that a permit does not meet their requirements.
3. Fishery rules
3.1. These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with the Fishery Rules. Please observe the rules, as failure to do so may result in the loss of your membership.
